At Premium Appliances Southampton, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your appliance is not the perfect fit for your home, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

    Once approved, we will coordinate a professional collection from your property or provide instructions for dropping off smaller appliances at our local warehouse.

    Inspection and Refund

    Our technicians will inspect the unit upon arrival; once verified, we will process your refund or store credit back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
